I wouldn't jump to such conclusion. Bellatrix was on the cover of chapter 68 and there was mention of Orion seeking them in earlier chapters. The presence of monkey arc characters is proof that Yoshi does have a long-term memory.
*SIGH* As i said Looks like they forgot about koyuki and Bellatrix what a shame
